At Brava’s—a wine and tapas bar—guests can pick from a wide range of both hot and cold tapas, charcuterie, pizza, and more. There’s over 40 different kinds of wine from red to white, and plenty of beer options. The kitchen opens at 5:00 at night and wraps up around midnight, but the bar stays open until about 1:00 in the morning. Brava is a popular eatery, and serves guests via first-come-first serve—reservations are not accepted—which is important to keep in mind. The restaurant itself is very comfortable and has low-lighting, fostering a bit of a cozy New England tavern ambiance. This is an intimate space, best suited for parties of four or less.
The food menu has two pages, and is stuffed with delicious options from cheese plates to desserts—with everything being very fresh and tasty. As mentioned, the beer and wine lists are quite extensive and offer something for everyone. There are pages upon pages available, including local and regional specialties. This means that guests can experience a brand new drink (or two) every time they visit. The service at Brava is also quick and pleasant. Overall, even though the food is remarkable and presented beautifully, the vibe is not pretentious, but rather very down-to-earth and enjoyable.
Also in Lenox, Kennedy Park is a great place to go hiking, with miles of fun trails. The difficulty levels are labeled on the maps as well. There’s ponds, gazebos, streams, and a lookout to look forward to when visiting.
