Bizen is frequently called “the best sushi in western Massachusetts” by those who venture into the restaurant—and for a handful of great reasons! Alternatively, the Kaiseki (traditional Japanese multi-course meal and its perfected preparation) options are a hit, but are only served Wednesday through Sunday.
