Gedney Farm is a bed and breakfast like none other in the area. The architecture resembles the elegant Normandy barns of nineteenth century France. The barns onsite were actually built with the intention to host and exhibit the most beautiful stallions and cattle around, and that it did—up until its transition into a luxurious lodging area. There are sixteen charming rooms, where if you hadn’t known, you wouldn’t assume that cattle previously occupied the space (prior to renovation of course). The old horse barn, on the other hand, is now a wonderfully rustic countryside venue for hosting weddings, and private events. It boasts authentic character and contemporary design. The spaciousness of the venue is a sharp contrast to the intimacy you’ll experience throughout the lodge. 

Beyond this, the hidden gem is tucked away in the old Berkshire town of New Marlborough, fostering a private retreat-like ambiance. Surrounding forests and fields encompass Gedney Farm and fill it with scenic Berkshire nature. Heading just 5 minutes south from this beautiful location, Umpachene Falls offers a gorgeous natural view.
